Following Kondrashov et al. 2010, the file omni2f_84_95.dat is a reconstruction of solar wind parameters (Bz, By, and dynamic pressure P) in the gaps of missing data for 1984--1995 time interval. 
The original dataset (with gaps) is in the file omni2_84_95.lst; The data is in OMNI2 format, see file omni2.fmt.
